WordPress Development Terms & Conditions

The project scope includes only the specific features, pages, user journeys, and functionalities agreed upon in writing prior to commencing work.

Any additional features, new pages, custom workflows, or scope additions requested during or after development will be treated as a Change Order and quoted separately.

• A minimum upfront advance payment (typically 50%) is required before project kickoff and staging setup.
• All project files, admin credentials, database transfers, and production server deployment will occur only upon receipt of 100% full cleared payment.
• Quotes do not include recurring third-party costs (domain registration, cloud hosting, premium plugins, third-party API subscriptions, or fonts) unless explicitly stated in the quotation.

Revisions are structured within agreed design milestones (Figma/Wireframes and Staging development). Revisions apply to copy placement, color tweaks, and layout adjustments within the agreed scope. Complete redesigns or major structural pivots after milestone approval will incur additional billable hours.

Clients are responsible for providing brand assets, logos, high-resolution imagery, and text copy in a timely manner. Delays in providing content will extend delivery timelines proportionally. The client warrants that all provided assets are licensed and owned, indemnifying UCDreams against copyright claims.

Websites are tested across modern, standards-compliant browsers (Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge) and common mobile viewports (iOS and Android). Legacy browsers that have reached End-Of-Life (e.g. Internet Explorer) are not supported.

We build websites following clean code standards, semantic HTML5, Core Web Vitals optimization, and structured metadata. However, specific search engine ranking positions (SERP), conversion rates, or traffic metrics are influenced by external factors and cannot be guaranteed.

Upon receipt of 100% full payment, the full intellectual property, source code, and design assets developed specifically for the client are transferred to the client. UCDreams retains the right to showcase the completed website in our portfolio and case studies unless governed by an explicit non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

All completed custom projects include a 14-day warranty period post-launch to fix any bugs or defects related directly to the delivered scope of work at zero additional cost. Ongoing feature additions and routine maintenance require a WordPress Care Plan.
