No! Because file chunks stream directly between browser memory via WebRTC DataChannels with backpressure flow control, there are no artificial file size limits. You can transfer 100MB, 1GB, 10GB, 50GB, or even larger video files and archives freely.
Are my files stored on or routed through any cloud server?
No. Transfers are 100% peer-to-peer and end-to-end encrypted via WebRTC DTLS/SCTP. No file data is ever uploaded to, cached on, or inspected by our servers. Once the browser tab closes, the tunnel is terminated.
How do the 6-digit pairing code and QR code work?
Every device is assigned a unique temporary 6-digit room code upon opening the page. Simply share this code, send the direct link, or scan the live QR code with a phone camera to immediately establish an encrypted direct link.
