3. Revisions & Changes

  • Revisions are limited to layout, text placement, and minor design adjustments.
  • Major design changes, structural changes, or feature additions are not included and will be billed separately.
  • Revisions requested after project approval or completion may incur additional charges.

4. Content Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for providing website content (text, images, logos, videos) unless content creation is included in the package.
  • Delays in content delivery may affect the project timeline.
  • We are not responsible for copyright issues related to client-provided content.

5. Timeline & Delivery

  • Project timelines are estimated and may vary depending on project complexity, client feedback, and content availability.
  • Delays caused by late feedback, content, or approvals from the client will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

6. Browser & Device Compatibility

  • Websites are tested on modern browsers and common devices.
  • Exact visual consistency across all browsers and devices cannot be guaranteed.

7. Third-Party Services

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, plugins, themes, hosting providers, or APIs.
  • Any paid third-party services must be purchased and maintained by the client unless agreed otherwise.

  • We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
