  3. Refund Delivery: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 to 7 working days.

Conditions for Refunds

  1. Non-Working Software or Digital Product: Refunds are granted only if the software or digital product is not functioning as described. This does not include issues arising from improper installation, user error, or non-compliance with the system requirements.
  2. Proof of Issue: You must provide clear evidence and documentation showing that the software or digital product is not working.

Non-Refundable Items

  1. Change of Mind: Refunds are not available for purchases made by mistake or if you change your mind after the purchase.
  2. Improper Use: Refunds are not available for issues resulting from improper use, installation errors, or failure to follow provided instructions.
